First Interview

It was just a couple of days back at late night, I came to know about my interview. I was delightful & privileged to know that I'm one among 8 students eligible to attend from my department. The next day ran to my college to get attestation and to complete few formalities. The day came, it took 1 and half hours of travel to reach the spot. I was blank, shivering, nervous, above all had confidence too. I was stunned to see the students gathered there like an ocean. My random guess of heads counted, would be 5000+ To my bliss, I was flying when my name been called out for clearing my 1st round of apps.   We were then sent to another block for our 2nd level of selection process, Group discussion (GD). For a moment I remembered the "Factory made" show in Discovery channel. A step-by-step process to get the product they wish *wink* I entered a room with two recruiters in the panel. My room was with 20 candidates including me. Our topic was "Unemployment in I...

My life in twenty-twelve(2012)

I would like to make a post about my life this year, on this day 21 December. The date which is been rumored about the end of world. This news came around 6-7 years ago, I was doing my schooling. At that time I was the one who believed & widespread it. I still could remember all the panic faces around me, who was keenly listening to my story. Funny, I'm still alive. Well, the year for me had many ups and downs as usual. I had mixed emotions. Apart from this, I watched many good movies those impressed & touched my heart like; The Dark knight rises, English vinglish, Life of pi, Expendables-2, Neerparavai, Kumki, many more. I did and doing sketching as hobby, singing & dancing as if I lost my nuts; honestly makes me happy!   To start with, the first few months, I was badly unhappy with much hurts & pains. Was living my life just for name sake. This happened because, I’m a girl who used to adjust & compromise for everything, I just see everything from oth...

Tiny House, Happy Life?

Image
Imagine stepping into a house 25 times smaller than your current abode. For the average American, that would amount to 100 square feet, a space so tiny it feels like it belongs in a tree. That’s the way Jay Shafer has come home for the past decade. Shafer is considered something of a patriarch of the tiny house movement, a small but growing band of people who drastically shrink their living space in hopes of living a cheaper, less wasteful, and happier life. Shafer started building tiny houses in the late 90s, attracted to the idea of living with fewer possessions. “When you live in a tiny house you only have room for the things that truly matter,” he told us when we visited his current 106-square-foot home in Sebastopol, California. “You have to choose what’s essential.”         Shafer Tiny House Jay Shafer's 106-square-foot tiny home in Sebastopol, California. The tour around his house took about three minutes, and with more than one person inside, w...

Elephantfish (Callorhinchus milii)

Image
The elephant shark, Callorhinchus milii, is a cartilaginous fish (Chondrichthyes). The strange looking Elephantfish has a hoe-shaped structure on the snout. Interestingly, studies so far have shown that the sequence and the gene order (synteny) are more similar between human and elephant shark genomes than between human and teleost fish genomes (fugu and zebrafish) even though humans are more closely related to teleost fishes than to the elephant shark.    Genome Project on Elephant Shark has launched to sequence the whole genome of the elephant shark. The elephant shark has three cone pigments for color vision (like humans). The elephant shark has a dorsal fin with a very sharp spine. The spine has been reputed to be venomous but no serious injuries have yet been reported. The genome of the elephant shark is estimated to be 910 Mb long (Mb = megabases = 1 million basepairs) which is the smallest among all the cartilaginou...

Last lovable meet!

Image
♥  It was a fresh morning, she started all way from her home to meet and spend time with me.. With fear on her face she was staring at the new place.. But within minutes seeing me, her eyes were sparkling with love..     ♥ Unfortunately couldn't spend time, greeted each other and asked her to wait for some time.. With her innocent and cute expression, she nodded.. Mixed with the beautiful morning and the gentle breeze, all way humming my favorite songs she was waiting in the lawn..     ♥ I was wondering what would be going in her mind where I'm filled with her name..! She was out of my sight but not from my mind.. I badly needed her to be my side.. I was thinking about the sweet times I spend with her.. so that I thought the time would pass on..     ♥ Our first meet.. Her reactions when I proposed her.. It was she the one person who can make me smile instantly, even if I'm sad.. Thinking about her the time went on.. I was bro...

Rash drivers!

Image
Days back, I been for shopping with my sister. While returning home we just came in a share-auto. The driver was driving so rash, even after we asked him to be slow. Actually, he was competing with his fellow-driver aside! A lady got into the auto as the 4th person (last person). Unfortunately, her leg was slightly protruded outside the auto. And that bloody idiot to overcome his fellow-mate just drove the auto so close to the parking area of a shop, among which a bike hit the lady's knee, and she started bleeding. It was all way flowing towards her feet. It was so pathetic to see her, just a minute ago she got into the auto and met with an accident like this. The bike's seat, which hit her just flown away, then just imagine how fast he might have drove. He was so merciless, made all of us get down and started to make a move! Later she been taken to hospital and people near caught him to police! But just think about the lady, her pain, her blood lo...

9 Technologies That Deserve To Die

Image
1 Lie Detectors     Lie detectors offer great hand to investigation officers in cracking the case up. Contrary to accepted belief, lie detectors are not absolutely credible with the out-put results. May be this is the reason for Sharon stone’s dialogue in basic instincts about bluffing with lie detectors. 2 Cosmetic Implants     Humans obsession for looks, which is not absolutely a bad trait, had led many cosmetic techniques to pop up to puff you. The lip job, nose job, the job to enhance flesh in some areas stuffing with silicon all comes up with the price, not money but health issues. So if there could be a technology to help natural muscle to grow and shape-in the way you want, it could seriously save us from artificial, flesh imitating fill-ins.     3 Prisons     There where prisons in the time of pharaohs and are yet prevalent in today’s times. Being alone, without feeling lonely!

Image
I came to this world alone, gonna leave this world alone.. In between why to be alone?? Oh my god, What did I do.. I love to be surrounded with sweet people who loves and cares me.. You gave them.. Thank you for that.. but why did u take them back? You made me to show love on all, unconditionally..  but why I don't get back? I cry everyday, no one knows about my pain.. I smile everyday, no one knows its fake.. No one could understand my words, since they couldn't understand my silence.. It actually hurts much when some one who made me feel special yesterday makes me feel like I'm nobody today.. This normally happens in all relationships.. Love, friendship... Oh my love,  Thought you will never leave me as you promised.. but you left.. One day I'm sure you will ask me what I love more, You or my life, and when I say My life, you will again leave me without knowing 'You are my life' If you are not for me, why? I'm thinking about yo...

Sea sparkle - Noctiluca scintillans

Image
Discovery:   Noctiluca scintillans – also known as “sea sparkle,” “sea fire,” “sea ghost” and any number of other delightfully romantic-sounding names are a species of dinoflagellate that feed on algae, plankton and bacteria. In December 2008, a high concentration of blue-green algae called Synechococcus prompted a higher than usual population of N. scintillans in the Gippsland Lakes. When Phil Hart embarked on his annual trek to the lakes, he and his companions discovered a blue luminescence in the water unlike anything any of them had ever seen before. N. scintillans uses its bioluminescence as a defense mechanism, lighting up when it senses a predator coming near. The ghostly glow attracts even larger predators to eat the first predator, keeping the N. scintillans safe to glow another day.   History: Noctiluca scintillans , commonly known as the Sea Sparkle, and also published as Noctiluca miliaris , is a free-living non-...

Today I will make a difference

TODAY I WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE by Max Lucado Today I will make a difference. I will begin by controlling my thoughts. A person is the product of his thoughts. I want to be happy and hopeful. Therefore, I will have thoughts that are happy and hopeful. I refuse to be victimized by my circumstances. I will not let petty inconveniences such as stoplights, long lines, and traffic jams be my masters. I will avoid negativism and gossip. Optimism will be my companion, and victory will be my hallmark. Today I will make a difference. I will be grateful for the twenty-four hours that are before me. Time is a precious commodity. I refuse to allow what little time I have to be contaminated by self-pity, anxiety, or boredom. I will face this day with the joy of a child and the courage of a giant. I will drink each minute as though it is my last. When tomorrow comes, today will be gone forever. While it is here, I will use it for loving and giving. Today I will make a differen...

Help old aged people! Care for them.

Image
Once i came home in share auto, the auto driver might be around 50-55 yrs old. And later a old man (may be around 70 yrs) and a teen age guy was standing in a stop. The driver asked the old man to get in and said a sorry to that guy! I was just watching this sitting at the back. He got into the auto and sat next to the driver! when he got down, he paid the money. The driver refused his money and asked him to reach home safe. He was too caring with the old man! I was pleased, seeing the auto driver reaction. I have even noted the auto number. I feel like doing some thing to the driver :) Wow! we all should learn this, at the old age every soul is like a child. Be caring & help them. God will bless us with good will. Not only the old peoples, try to be caring and affectionate with every one. Never hurt people.
